Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to develop project documentation for the construction of an apartment building with a hairdressing salon in Ostrava. The project documentation, consisting of two parts, textual and drawing, will be made in accordance with Decree No. 405/2017 Coll. [1], which amends Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., on the documentation of buildings [2], as amended by Decree No. 62/2013 Coll. [3]. The diploma thesis also includes a thermal technical assessment of perimeter structures and an energy label of the building envelope according to ČSN 730540-2 (2011) [4] and a static calculation of an internal, reinforced concrete staircase with a design, assessment and drawing of its reinforcement.
My diploma thesis was prepared according to valid standards, decrees and laws.
