Abstract
This bachelor’s thesis is focused on the Marketing mix design for the transport company. In the theoretical part the term “service marketing mix” is defined and all its elements are characterized. The following chapter introduces the RegioJet company, its history, provided services and the marketing environment of the company. The practical part is dedicated to the characteristics of the contemporary marketing mix of the company and analysis of marketing mix of the company based on survey results. The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to design the marketing mix of the company to increase the level of provided services.
