Analýza výkonnosti farmy a hodnocení investice

Abstract

V této diplomové práci byla pozornost zaměřena na problematiku analýzy podnikatelské výkonnosti firmy a na hodnocení investic, které představují možný nástroj pro zvyšování hodnoty podniku a současně i již zmíněné výkonnosti. Diplomová práce nabízí teoretický pohled na hodnocení výkonnosti podniku se zaměřením na metody finanční analýzy. Pozornost je věnována především poměrovým a syntetickým ukazatelům. Dále je v teoretické části práce zmiňována problematika investičního projektu (příprava, metody hodnocení a zdroje financování) a jeho rizikovosti. V praktické části práce byla provedena finanční analýza farmy Bellama, spol. s r.o., za období 2004 – 2008, na jejímž základě došlo k hodnocení její finanční situace. Po provedení a vyhodnocení finanční analýzy bylo navrženo několik doporučení, která by měla pomoci zlepšit situaci v této společnosti. Následuje část hodnocení zamýšlené investice do vyvážecího traktoru typu John Deere 1510E. Po provedení hodnocení investice prostřednictvím metody čisté současné hodnoty, doby návratnosti a vnitřního výnosového procenta došlo k doporučení realizace zamýšlené investice.

In this graduation thesis, the attention was focused on the issues of business performance analysis and evaluation of investments that represent potential instrument for increasing the value of the company already mentioned the performance. This graduation thesis offers theoretical perspective on the evaluation of the performance of the company, focusing on methods of financial analysis. Particular attention is paid to ratio and synthetic indicators. The theoretical part of the thesis is featured in issues of the investment project (preparation, assessment methods and resources financial) and its risks. In the practical part of this thesis, financial analysis of the farm Bellama, spol. s r.o., was made for the period 2004-2008. On the basis it was made evaluation of its financial situation. Several recommendations were designed after the implementation and evaluation of financial analysis that should help to improve the situation in this company. After that follows the part of the evaluation of the intended investment in the forwarder tractor of the type John Deere 1510E. After evaluation of investments through the method of net present value, the repayment time and internal rate of return it was reached to the intended investment recommendations.
