The subject of my diploma thesis is the elaboration of the project documentation of the apartment building, the comparison of the technology of the deep foundation structures, the time planning and the budget. The diploma thesis includes text and drawing part of the building documentation. The house is designed from the complex brick system POROTHERM. The house is generally designed as a stepped, three storey and sloping roof. In each above-ground floor there are three apartment units, in the basement there are two apartments and a relaxation room.
