Analýza dohod konaných mimo pracovní poměr

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of agreements outside the standard employment relationship. Its aim is to provide a comprehensive overview of the legal framework governing these agreements following the amendment to the Labour Code, which introduced significant changes in this area of labour law. The thesis covers both the theoretical aspects and the practical application of these agreements at a selected employer. It compares the advantages and disadvantages of these types of employment relationships with traditional employment contracts, evaluates their impact on work flexibility, and highlights the specific rights and obligations of both the employer and the employee. The result is an assessment of the current state and a set of recommendations that may contribute to more efficient and legally sound use of agreements outside the employment relationship in practice.
