Abstract
The aim of the thesis was to analyze the turnout of the online store www.nabytek-catrin.cz for the purpose of its later optimization to reach the highest sales and conversions possible. The research should help to understand the behaviour of visitors on the website and reveal the shortcomings in the online store content and user-friendliness. The research should also test the influence of the new shopping cart on its conversion ratio. The analysis should also provide information related to decision about the realization of responsive web design. Google Analytics was used as an instrument to realize the analysis of the online store turnout. Thesis resulted in specific proposals and recommendations for the owner of the online store.
