Fyzická ochrana elektrických stanic

Abstract

The dissertation takes care of risk analysis related to electrical stations situated within transmission and distribution network. Electrical substations are very important nodes within the transmission of electrical energy. It would not be possible to get the electricity from the producer to final customer without these equipments. The goal of the dissertation thesis is to create risk analysis system which allows to design solution of physical protection in electrical substation areas. System of analysis which is used here utilizes combination of FMEAIA, CARVER and Analysis of spectral graph partitioning which uses graph theory. Transmission and distribution system is perceived as a network linked with nodes and edges. In this case it is possible to apply graph theory on it and get the selection between less and more important nodes in the network. With this innovative combination are identified threats related to specific targets within the area of electrical station. Distribution network is complex net of stations with different degrees of importance. That is the reason why the spectral graph partitioning is used to select the most important substations, for applying higher level of physical protection on them. In the case of the transmission system, security measures are proposed to reflect the results of the analysis as well as the economical aspects their implementation.
