Abstract

The goal of the bachelor thesis is addressing the issue of capital a limited liability company and also to highlight the changes in the capital of the limited liability company, which brings the legislation of business corporations. The theoretical part describes the share basic capital together with its functions, a limited liability company, which is characterized the of legislation. Changes in the capital of a limited liability company are applied to the fictitious examples. Fictional examples are intended to reduce the capital of the company, raise capital of the company acceptance of new deposits in cash, acceptance of new deposits in kind and no acceptance of new deposits. The practical part is addressing with the future regulation of business corporations together with expert opinions. The bachelor thesis is the basis to those who currently interested in the future legislation the capital of a limited liability company.
