Územní studie lokality „Na Horkách - P7“ v České Těšíně

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to develop a comprehensive proposal for individual housing estate. The study uses a urban and territorial technical conditions for the proposed purpose and taking into account the surrounding environment. Design options based on the existing city plan Český Těšín according to which the addressed location is located in a zone with the function of individual housing.

This thesis consists of individual chapters that detail always solves the issue.

The result of the thesis will be two variants of the draft urban design sites, one of the variants was prepared in the range of land-use study. This study also contains spatial design urban buildings form of three types of houses as well as solutions of transport and technical infrastructure, the use of green and defining areas for recreation and volumetric studies of all kinds of houses.
