Abstract

The subject of this master´s thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for building construction of Housing for seniors, which is divided into several parts. The first part of the thesis is dealing with building construction design of the house. This work included all neccessary technical drawing, technical report. The second part of this work is focused on heating and cooling using water to water heat pump and capillary mats system. This part includes floor plans, cross-sectional views and schematic diagrams. The third part of this work is dealing thermal technical assessment of building structures, energy performance of building and last part is focused on daylighting and insolation of selected rooms of this building. An integral part of this work is also economic evaluation and visualization.
