Analýza udržitelnosti projektů financovaných ze strukturálních fondů Evropské unie

Abstract

The aim of bachelor thesis is sustainability analysis of projects financed from the European Union structural funds. In this case work deals with projects The Extension of alternative stage of Puppet Theatre Ostrava and The Castle Terrace of Silesian Ostrava Castle. The thesis is composed of two parts, the first part is theoretical and the other is practical. At first there are two chapters with theoretical bases of regional policy and then the attention is paid to operational programs, as well as the preparation and management of projects, substantiality of sustainability of the project and monitoring of the grant project. In the practical part there are two selected projects discussed in subchapters. There we find the performance of the project, a description of the situation before the project and after the project, including the project schedule. There is discussed institutional, financial and operational sustainability, at last but not at least, the monitoring indicators. This chapter also contains the final sustainability evaluation of both projects.
