Abstract
The main objective of this thesis has been to determine strengths of the selected company. The thesis was applied to the Hotel Panorama company in Trenčianské Teplice. In the theoretical part, there were defined analyses from the business environment. The external business environment was investigated with PEST analysis. For the identification of the internal business environment were used Porter's model of competitive forces, competition analysis, marketing mix and financial analysis. In the practical part, all mentioned analyses were created. Based on the analyses, SWOT analysis has been created. The information obtained through the SWOT analysis was the basis for the creation of suggestions and recommendations for the hotel Panorama.
