Plán BOZP na staveništi v návaznosti na novou právní úpravu

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá shrnutím požadavků na zpracování Plánu bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při prácí na staveništi (dále jen Plán BOZP). V současné době není obsah Plánu BOZP definován žádnou českou právní úpravou. V návaznosti na tento fakt, je dán návrh na novelizaci nařízení vlády č. 591/2006 Sb. s přesně definovanými body obsahu a novelizace zákona č. 309/2006 Sb. V této práci je zpracován přehled povinností a oprávnění zhotovitele stavby, zadavatele a koordinátora bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci na staveništi. Dále jsou zde porovnávány Plány bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci v rámci zemí Evropské unie a následně vypracován Plán BOZP podle nové právní úpravy na konkrétní stavbu.

This thesis deals with a summary of requirements for the health and safety Plan on the site (OSH Plan). In this time, there is no content OSH Plan defined by any Czech legislation. Following this fact is given a proposal to amend Government Decree no. 591/2006 Sb., with precisely defined points and the content and the amendment to Act no. 309/2006 Sb. In this work is processed at the duties and privileges of contractor, sponsor and coordinator of occupational safety and health. There are also plans compared occupational safeties and health in the European Union countries and subsequently developed OSH Plans under the new legislation on a particular site.
