Abstract
This bachelor thesis focuses on the design of a functional prototype of the power supply module using a thermoelectric generator for a monitoring device intended for diagnosing electric motors. The theoretical part of the thesis addresses the issues and principles of operation of thermoelectric generators. The theory includes descriptions of DC/DC converters and types of electrical energy storage. In the practical part, the design and implementation of the power supply prototype on a test device are carried out. Subsequently, the manufactured device is tested on a constructed simulator in the form of documented measurements. Finally, an analysis of the obtained data is performed. In the concluding part of the thesis, a discussion is conducted on the achieved results and a summary of the conclusions of this work. Overall, it can be concluded that the thesis brings a new perspective on the use of thermoelectric generators in monitoring devices for diagnosing electric motors and provides valuable insights into the design and implementation of power supply sections using this technology.
