Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the way of claim enforcement and claim administration in two companies after the maturity date, which are a part of the international company. The first part of the thesis concentrates on claim management process, prevention and method of the claim enforcement after maturity date. In another part various forms of securing claim, which are also used by Bekaert companies, are described. There are the characteristics and comparison of two companies in the practical part. The evaluation in which way it forms correction items and analyses claims after maturity date.
