Abstract

The thesis deals with the analysis of multi-criteria decision model with real decision-making for customers by using the questionnaire. There will be compared to what the customer will buy in that category, with what he should buy according to the utility model. Quantitative evaluation the real captured and taken by the model will be compared and products based on these comparisons and there will be made the conclusions about the accuracy of the model.
