Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the topic of methods of multicriteria decision-making with respect to their ability to model customer, as one of the main elements of the existence and prosperity of the company, subjective feelings and behaviour. The aim of the work was to find out which of the selected methods of multicriteria decision-making gives the best results in terms of the ability to model customer behavior. 6 different method were selected: ranking method , ORESTE, WSA, TOPSIS, ELECTREE III and PROMETHEE II and three baby goods products were selected. The final evaluation was performed by interviewing future customers, who sorted the variants of the products according to their parameters from the best they would buy to the worst. The result of the diploma thesis is an order of methods from the most able to model the subjective feelings of customers, the PROMETHEE method, to the least suitable method, the ELECTRE III method.
