Abstract

This thesis is focused on the analysis of employee training and development in SE-MI Technology a.s. The thesis is divided into six chapters, which are devoted to the description of the employee training system in this company, the theoretical bases of human resources, employee training and development, research methodology, the analysis and suggestions for improvement for the company. The first chapter is devoted to the theory of human resources and employee training and development. The next chapter presents SE-MI Technology a.s. and principles of employee training. The research methodology describes the survey which was used for collecting data into the company. On the result of research was processed analysis. In the last chapter are suggestions for improvement employee training and development system into SE-MI Technology a.s.
