Abstract

The topic of the diploma thesis is roll pass schedule for the rolling of the circular section billets with diameter 150 mm. The thesis deals with the elaboration of a technological procedure and a proposal for calibration for rolling of a 150mm diameter round billet on a billet mill and blocking mill in TŘINECKÉ ŽELEZÁRNY, a.s. The work is divided into three main parts.

The first part deals with the theoretical bases, where the calibration itself, its significance and the distribution of passes is described. The second part is devoted to a description of the current situation and technological conditions in TŘINECKÉ ŽELEZÁRNY, a.s. The third part is focused on the design of the calibration, determination and calculation of the individual passes for the rolling of 150mm diameter billets.
