Abstract
Bachelor thesis deals with composting technology in joint-stock company CMC Náměšť. Company uses the technology of French company Hantsch, its advantages and disadvantages. The work includes review of the biodegradable waste since 2006 until 2014, when the composting plant started to function. Further, it describes generally the types of composting technologies used in the Czech Republic, factors affecting composting and working mechanisms that are essential to the composting process. Finally the laws and regulations concerning composting are mentioned.
