Management a hospodaření vybraného sportovního klubu

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis deals with the management and economy of volunteer fire brigades working with youth under the age of 18. The aim was to find out how the work with young firefighters is carried out, what conditions the brigades have for the activities of the brigade, how the brigades are financed and to propose possible improvements based on a questionnaire survey. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts related to management, economy and fire sport. The practical part is devoted to the description of the selected corps - its history, use of sports facilities, forms of training or management. The methodological part was focused on a questionnaire survey. The results show that most brigades have a stable organizational background, actively work with youth and face challenges, especially in the area of financing and staff capacity. Based on the findings, it can be stated that the set goals were met. Recommendations are formulated to increase the efficiency and sustainability of the brigade's activities and the work brings relevant information for the further development of volunteer fire brigades activities with youth. The main method of the bachelor's thesis was a questionnaire survey.
