Pinch analýza provozu koksochemie

Abstract

The main mission of this bachelor thesis is exploration technology of chemical part of coking plant, operated by company ArcelorMittal Ostrava s.r.o., and identify the areas of theoretically energy saves. This thesis is divided into two parts. In first theoretically part I explain the procedure and pronciples of design pinch analysis and description of equiment, which is acttrative in terms of pinch analysis, namely heat exchangers, their type and appropriate choise for the technology. In addition, this section includes a brief description of coke oven by product plant. In second practice part thesis focuses on the design material balance of coking and then on energy balance of benzol plant, which is the one of the most importatnt part of coke oven by product plant.
