Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with current camera system, where is explained the principle of CCD and CMOS chips technology and their features. The thesis is also dedicated to the terminology of LED lighting normative to the requirements of public lighting and it focuses
on its customization to scanning chips. It describes connections between spectral radiating characteristics of LED lighting and sensitivity of individual camera chips in conjunction with visible radiation of human eye. In the practical part of bachelor thesis are mentioned the results of measuring surveillance lighting and brightness analysis of electrical station TR Čechy-střed
in Central Bohemian Region in the area of the municipality Mochov. These results are evaluated and compared with normative requirements. In the last chapter those measurements
and evaluations of reports are used to infer the most ideal recommendation with consideration
of security camera system and normative requirements, using the calculation program.
