Abstract

The objective of this thesis is to design a new family house including heating system including heat storage in water and assess economic feasibility of the proposed solution. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part of the thesis addresses the construction documentation of a house with basement and two floors. The second part deals with the heating problem that is solved using wooden pellet boiler and solar heating using hot water circuit during summer time, including the possibility of heating the garden pool. The third part tackles the problems of accumulation of heat in water in general. The fourth part is devoted to a simple economic valuation.
