Thesis Supervisor mjr. Ing. Kamil Soldán, Ph.D. Thesis deals with the physical security of the city building in Turany. The aim of the work is to assess the security risk of physical security and subsequently launch an innovative proposal of effective safety measures aimed at increasing the level of protection of people and property. The work consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part describes crime prevention and individual components of physical security. The practical part contains the characteristics of the municipal office building, crime statistics in the city of Turany over the last three years and a description of the current state of physical security. Subsequently, a security risk assessment with an innovative security proposal and practical costs is processed in the practical part.
