Abstract

The subject matter of my bachelor thesis is the ,,An Employee Education and Development Process“. The goal is to carry out an analysis of the current process in education and development of employees in the Teva Czech Industries s.r.o. company and to offer recommendations for improvement. The bachelor thesis is divided in three parts. The first part is theoretical, it describes theoretical bases of education and development of employees. The second is practical. It characterizes the Teva Czech Industries s.r.o. company and analyzes the process employee education and development in production. The last part includes suggestions and recommendations in the area of education and development of employees. I used two techniques for my analysis – observation and questionnaire survey.
