Analýza využití dotací z EU v Ředitelství silnic a dálnic ČR

Abstract

There is made the survey of the used subsidies from EU Funds and of financial means of means of the selected firm and are proposed some possible changes in the field of using funds in the presented thesis „The Use of EU subsidies in the RSD ČR“. The practical part of the thesis includes a detailed analysis of the above-mentioned funds and of their subsequent evaluation. There are evaluated the expenditures on total usability of Funds during the last 4 years and designed the changes and the measures on the basis of theoretical experiences listed in the last part of the the thesis. The overall results should help to achieve corporate goals and to maximize the use of those funds. Based on the Analyses and personal experiences, I have proposed a more effective use of the Funds aimed to show the company’s other alternatives in the field of the use of the subsidies and to reveal hidden weaknesses recorded in written form in this thesis.
