Abstract
Diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of personal marketing in Vítkovické slévárny, ltd. for the purpose of its optimization. The whole work consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part contains theoretical marketing personnel and the characteristics of the selected company. The practical part of the reader is familiar with the technique used to query and analysis of the results obtained. Based on these data we are at the end of the thesis suggestions and recommendations to improve the current situation and to strengthen employee loyalty.
