Optimalizace procesů ve skladě komponentů

Abstract

Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá témou „Optimalizácia procesov v sklade komponentov“. Prvá kapitola sa zaoberá so zoznámením so spoločnosťou INA Kysuce, spol. s r.o., v ktorej bola vykonávaná praktická časť diplomovej práce. Teoretická časť sa zameriava na problematiku praktickej časti. Tematika je rozdelená do troch kapitol, ktoré riešia riadenie materiálového toku pomocou logistiky, štíhlosť logistiky a skladovú logistiku. Praktická časť pozostáva zo 4 kapitol. V prvej kapitole je analyzovaný súčasný stav, tzv. IST stav, v druhej kapitole sú uvedené návrhy na zlepšenie IST stavu, v tretej kapitole sú aplikované návrhy na zlepšenie a zavedenie stavu SOLL, čo predstavuje stav po navrhnutých zlepšeniach v procese. Sú vykonané a porovnané časové snímky IST a SOLL stavu. Posledná kapitola za zaoberá ekonomickým vyhodnotením, ktoré bolo dosiahnuté SOLL stavom.

This diploma thesis deals with the topic "Optimizing processes in the warehouse components". The first chapter deals with becoming familiar with the company INA Kysuca al. Ltd., where was carried out practical part of the thesis. The theoretical part focuses on the issue of the practical part. Theme is divided into three chapters that address the management of material flow using the logistics, slenderness of logistics and warehouse logistics. The practical part consists of four chapters. In the first chapter is analyzed at the same time the condition so-called IST condition, in the second chapter sets out proposals to improve the state of IST, in the third chapter are applied suggestions for improvement and the introduction of state SOLL, which representing the state after the proposed improvements in the process. They are performed and compared images IST time and SOLL state. A final chapter addresses the economic evaluation of, which was reached SOLL state.
