Návrh bezskladového řešení pro vstupní materiál ve společnosti INA Kysuce, a.s.

Abstract

Cieľom diplomovej práce je navrhnúť bezskladové hospodárstvo pre vstupný materiál v spoločnosti INA Kysuce spol. s r. o. V prvej časti je uvedená charakteristika tohto podniku, čím sa zaoberá. Práca sa ďalej rozdeľuje na dve časti, časť teoretickú a časť praktickú. V teoretickej časti je charakterizované zásobovanie a skladovanie v priemyselnom podniku. V praktickej časti je najskôr analyzovaný súčasný stav zásobovania, pričom objektom skúmania sú zásoby vstupného materiálu, ktoré do spoločnosti INA Kysuce, dodáva spoločnosť Omnia KLF, a. s. Ďalej sú navrhované možnosti na zavedenie bezskladového hospodárstva v spoločnosti a to konkrétne JIT a outsourcing. Výsledkom riešenia danej problematiky je výber najvhodnejšieho riešenia na zrealizovanie bezskladového hospodárstva a jeho ekonomické zhodnotenie.

The goal of master thesis is to propose non-warehouse economy for entrance material in a company INA Kysuce Ltd. In the first part is presented characteristic of this company, what it deals with. The work is further divided into 2 parts, theoretical part and practical part. In the theoretical part is characterized supply and warehousing in industrial enterprise. In the practical part is firstly analyzed current stage of supply, while object of research are supplies of entrance material, which are delivered by company Omnia KLF, Inc. to the company INA Kysuce. Further there are proposed opportunities of implementation of non-warehouse economy in the company and specifically JIT and outsourcing. The result of solution of given problematic is the choice of the most suitable solution to implementation of non-warehouse economy and its economical valuation.
