Abstract

The thesis deals with the development of documentation of the Multifunctional building construction in Silesian Ostrava, particularly its components SO No. 01. The technological part deals with the implementation of green roofs, the realization of the building foundation excavation process and schedules of these processes. The aim was to create a multipurpose building for which the conditions of the load-bearing structures establishing are medium-duty, to solve the problems of individual divisions in terms of layout and to design functional green roof. The bachelor thesis is a summary of all identified circumstances, the applicable rules, regulations and standards.
