Abstract
This Bachelor’s thesis describes business processes, business process improvement methodologies and their mapping. This thesis is dedicated to processes in the field of controlling at ŠKODA AUTO a.s. company. Main focus of the thesis is to map current process, proposal of possible optimisation, creation of documentation and IT solution with application prototype which will be deployed and tested in business environment.
