Analýza hospodaření a managementu sportovního klubu

Abstract

The idea of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the sports club using relevant sources or literature and to identify its strengths and weaknesses in the area of financial management, economy and management of the organization and its clubs with a primary focus on section the national handbal. However, the aim is to create a proposal or recommendation that could be submitted to the club management and could lead to an improvement in the situation related to this issue. The theoretical part is focused on basic terminology, which is used to clarify terms or expressions needed for orientation in research or to focus on reality. The practical part is divided into two interconnected parts. The first part is the description and characteristics of the sports club and its surroundings or the indoor environment. The second part of the thesis is focused on individual research surveys, which are important for evaluation and are a kind of support for my opinion. Research methods included in this section are interviews with leading club members, questionnaire surveys or SWOT analysis, on the basis of which recommendations have been made to improve the life situation of the club.
