Abstract

This diploma thesis smoothing-out possible utilization and realization alternate ways of warning and emergency information diffusion to the population in territory in danger. Here are advised benefits and disadvantages on concrete communication devices that are possible to use for this purpose. By means of simple tabular tool it is calculated effectivness and expensiveness measure on rated communication instruments on concrete territory in the administration district of municipality with extended powers Koprivnice. The results are presented in transparent graphic form and proposals of realization are ilustrated into the map basis including rated arrive times.
