Abstract

The aim of this thesis was to propose a variant solution in the extraction procedures based on the remaining reserves on the deposit so far, which will either delay the mining activity in certain parts for the purpose of a possible opening in the newly designed DP or the deposit will be conquered until the end of its extractable reserves according to the applicable POPD. Furthemore, I propose exploring further stocks below the current base of verified reserves by mining exploration and I am addressing their verification and possible mining authorization from a legislative perspective, and I propose potential ly recovering those reserves to extend the life of the deposit.
