dc.description.abstractCílem této práce je popsat teoretická východiska testování softwaru, provést analýzu stávajících procesů testování ve vybrané firmě a navrhnou jejich vylepšení. První část popisuje základní definice a pojmy, které se týkají testování softwaru. Druhá část se zabývá stavem testování softwaru ve vybrané organizaci, který slouží pro řízení vztahů se zákazníky. V poslední části je popsán návrh na inovaci procesů.cs
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this thesis was to describe the theoretical basis of software testing, analyze existing testing processes in selected company and suggest their improvements. The first part defines the basic definitions and concepts related to software testing. The second part describes the state of software testing in selected organization that is used for customer relationship management. And the last part describes the design innovation processes.en
