Abstract
The subject of this thesis was the development of project documentation for the construction project proposed building the House of Culture. In level 1 S is a technical space. In level 1NP, 2NP, 3NP is a cultural center premises. Enclosed space is 7508,50 m3, estimated price 67 575 500 Kč. The project will include a technical assessment of the thermal building envelope and label the envelope of the building.
