Rozšíření firemního komunikačního řešení o možnosti IP telefonie

Abstract

This master thesis deals with the extension of the communication part of the web application Chytrá organizace with communication via audio calls and other telephone services such as audio conferences or voicemails. Before describing the implementation, the thesis conducts a research of technologies that are suitable for implementing IP telephony in a web application. The search emphasizes the description of the Asterisk application, which is the most suitable tool for creating a virtual PBX. Then, the thesis proposes the IP telephony services to be implemented, followed by a description of the actual implementation and configuration of Asterisk. The thesis concludes by testing the implemented services and describing the user interface.
