Proces schvalování výroby závitových tyčí do betonu pro použití v českém průmyslu

Abstract

The subject of this thesis is: The Process of Approval for the Production of Threaded Bars for Use in the Czech Industry in cooperation with company ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s. The theoretical part of this thesis is focused on different approaches to the process of approving parts into serial production. The requirements demanded by individual methodologies, are describes. In the practical part the current status of the process of approving threaded bars for use in the Czech industry is analysed. Based on this analysis implementation of PPAP methodology for approval process improving was recommended. From PPAP methodology two specific requirements applied directly to the process of approving threaded bars in company were chosen. This requirement represents flowchart and process FMEA.
