Technologie výroby drceného kameniva v lomu Rančířov

Abstract

V mojí bakalářské práci jsem se zabýval modernizací stávajícího stavu sekundárního stupně drcení a třídění a terciérního třídění. Navrhl jsem výměnu sekundárního kuželového drtiče Omnicone 1144 za kuželový drtič HP 300. Dále modernizaci v technice třídění v sekundárním a terciérním stupni, tzn. výměnu drátěných sít za lepší síta z polyuretanu. Jako podklady k vypracování jsem využil poznatků moderní doby 21. století z oblastí drcení a třídění. Myslím si, že tyto navrhované změny by měly být velkým přínosem pro úpravnu kameniva kamenolomu Rančířov. Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zhodnotit stávající stav technologické linky a navrhnout změny týkající se zlepšení procesu drcení a třídění.

My Bachelor thesis is concerned with the modernization of the secondary grade of crushing and screening and tertiary screening. I suggest changing the secondary cone crusher Omnicone 1144 for the HP 300 cone crusher. I also suggest the modernization of the screening process. Wire sieves should be replaced with better polyurethane. I based my thesis on modern knowledge of crusshing and screening. All recommended changes are supposed to contribute a great deal to stone processing in Rančířov quarry. The thesis intended to evaluate the present state of the technical line and suggest changes regarding the improvement of crushing and screening.
