Analýza využití strukturální pomoci EU v programovém období 2004-2006

Abstract

The subject of the thesis "Analysis for EU Structural Fund Utilization during the programming period 2004-2006" is the assessment of grant opportunities that the European Union provided for the development of small and medium enterprises in the Czech Republic in 2004-2006. The theoretical part describes the EU regional policy, its objectives and principles, structural funds. The work also describes the form of small and medium business. The practical part focus on the application process of the assistance from EU structural funds and assesses the assistance of these funds for small and medium enterprises during the shortened programming period 2004 - 2006. The practical part is focused on the analysis of the Operational Programme Industry and Enterprise and its specific programs.
