Efektivní využití fyzické ostrahy při zabezpečení průmyslového areálu ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s.

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá využitím fyzické ostrahy v průmyslovém areálu. Cílem je nalezení zefektivnění činností a integrace s technickou ochranou. Vedlejším cílem je návrh dalších možných činností fyzické ostrahy a řešení udržení kvality při jejich poskytování. V teoretické části je řešen právní rámec ochrany osob a majetku a aktuální stav ve vybraném průmyslovém areálu. V praktické části jsou zanalyzována a vyhodnocena rizika dané oblasti se zaměřením na fyzickou ostrahu. Z vytvořených návrhů variant je vybráno nejefektivnější řešení, které je detailněji zpracováno.

The diploma thesis deals with the use of physical security in the industrial area. The aim is to find more effective activities and the integration with the technical protection. The secondary objective is to design other possible activities of physical security and the solution to maintain the quality of their provision. In the theoretical part is solved the legal framework for the protection of persons and property and the current status of the selected industrial complex. In the practical part is analysed and evaluated the risks of that area focusing on physical security. The most effective solution is selected from the created design variants. This solution is processed in more detail.
