Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on the Inventory Management in a Given Company. The main objective of the bachelor thesis is evaluation the current state of purchased sypply with the most used Krümelmasse 499, recognition shorts and nominate ways to reduction of costs. Total evaluation is make by companies statements and accounting statements of company Hein & spol. – keramické závody, spol. s r. o. in Tošovice during the 1. 1. 2011 – 31. 8. 2012. In the theoretical part is classification supply, methods of inventory supply and activity indicators. Next, is make analisys of material and glases with method ABC, calculation total cost, nominate proposal to saving costs. Result is discovery fact ineffective storing.
