Abstract

The subject of the diploma thesis is the design of a polyclinic with two floors. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts. The first part of the diploma thesis is the project documentation of the construction solution of the building, which meets the relevant standards and requirements. The second part of the diploma thesis deals with the solution of internal sewerage, internal water supply, internal gas supply, heating and ventilation of the building, developed in the form of an implementation project. The source of heat in the building, for heating and hot water preparation, is a gas condensing boiler. The heating system is designed for low temperature underfloor heating. The building is ventilated using an air handling unit with a recuperation exchanger. The project also addresses rainwater infiltration on the land, sewer connection, water connection, water demand and sizing. The diploma thesis includes a text part, appendices and drawing documentation. The diploma thesis is prepared according to valid standards and decrees.
