Abstract

My bachelor thesis is focused on the housing policy problem of a selected municipality. The theoretical part analyses the question of housing policy of the state and municipality in the Czech republic, tools of housing policy and its aims including its financing. The practical part deals with housing policy of a selected municipality, it contents the municipality profile, development of the housing and house funds, assessment of the housing and house funds management and the plan of further development within this area. The resulting data are presented in a form of tables and graphs.
