Abstract

The topic of the final thesis is New Strategies in Application for a Selected Company. To achieve the leading position on the market, it is important to set the right strategy. All steps taken should aim at its realization. The aim of the thesis is suggesting and subsequent improving of appropriate indicators of financial analysis and performance indicators for the desired development of the company based on the comparison with competitors and the introduction of the controlling report. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the methods of Porter´s model of five forces, financial analysis, benchmarking and controlling being applied, it was suggested to preserve the differentiation strategy in connection with financial strategy accompanied by the cooperative strategy. There were strategic objectives defined to keep the leading position on the market, to increase the competitiveness and for managing of the so far unused indicators. Also the controlling report form was defined.
