Automatizace dálkové pásové dopravy na lomu

Abstract

V předložené práci je vypracován stručný celkový pohled na automatizaci DPD hnědouhelného lomu. V první části je uveden přehled a stručný popis technického a programového vybavení, které je potřebné pro řešení popisované problematiky automatizace DPD. Následně je provedena analýza různých dílčích částí systému a je provedeno vyhodnocení funkčnosti uvedených částí. Je zde proveden rozbor operátorského pracoviště sloužícího pro monitoring a ovládání automatizace lomu. Dále je pak detailněji popsána poháněcí stanice PD37, u které je proveden rozbor všech provozních stavů v návaznosti na operátorské pracoviště. V poslední části práce je proveden návrh postupů ke zlepšení procesů řízení, jedná se návrh řešení několika nalezených nedostatků.

There is a short overview of automatization of the Long-distance Belt Conveyance in the brown coal mine. There is as summary and short description of technical and software equipment, which is needed for the solution of described problems of the automatization Long-distance Belt Conveyance in the first part. Subsequently is created the analysis of the different partial segments of the system and there is also made the evaluation of element’s functionality. As well here is performed analysis of the operator workplace for monitoring and control automatization of the mine. There is a description in details of drive station PD37 in the next part where is the analysis of all operating states made in a sequence of the operator’s work place. At the end of this thesis there is the proposal of procedures to improving the leading process. This proposal provides the solution of several found deficiencies.
