Návrh směrnice u vysoko bezpečnostního oplocení věznic

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem směrnice u vysoko bezpečnostního oplocení věznic. V první části jsou uvedeny legislativní a technické požadavky na zabezpečení vnějšího perimetru věznic. V další části je stanovena metodika výpočtů pravděpodobnosti rizik a grafického zpracování Vennových diagramů. V poslední části je vybrán modelový objekt a modelové části zabezpečovacích systémů. Na těchto modelových situacích a jejich atributech jsou provedeny výpočty eliminace rizik a následně jsou graficky zpracovány. Výsledky výpočtů a grafických znázornění jsou interpretovány a jsou stanovena doporučení z nichž jsou v závěrečné části stanoveny body směrnic, které mají být implementovány v nových směrnicích nebo mají sloužit k revitalizaci směrnic stávajících.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the draft directive on high-security prison fencing. The first part lists the legislative and technical requirements for securing the outer perimeter of prisons. In the next part, the methodology of risk probability calculations and graphical processing of Venn diagrams is determined. In the last part, the model object and model parts of security systems are selected. Risk elimination calculations are performed on these model situations and their attributes and are subsequently processed graphically. The results of calculations and graphical representations are interpreted and recommendations are set, from which the points of the directives to be implemented in the new directives or to serve for the revitalization of the existing directives are determined in the final part.
