Abstract

The aim of bachelor’s thesis is to assess financial health of construction company by means of solvency and bankruptcy prediction models. In theoretical part the most well-known models are described, both czech and foreign; there are nine models used in practical part, their results are counted for seven-year period. On the basis of results of these models thesis focuses on problematic areas of company and suggests improvements relating to its performance, mainly concerning liquidity, profitability and indebtedness.
