Zvýšení energetické účinnosti pneumatického systému s využitím prvků využívajících principů průmyslu 4.0

Abstract

This thesis deals with the design and software design of equipment to increase the energy efficiency of a pneumatic system. The resulting device is assembled from components provided by Festo. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the possibilities of energy saving in compressed air systems and the resulting analysis and optimization. Furthermore, the theoretical part focuses on the principles and methods of Industry 4.0. and the possible embedding of this digitalization in pneumatic systems. The practical part deals with the design, assembly of two pneumatic circuits. The first pneumatic circuit works on the generally known principles of pneumatic systems. The second pneumatic circuit is assembled from a digital pneumatic system that operates and optimizes the compressed air consumption control. Both models incorporate data acquisition to evaluate, analyze and compare the two systems.
